ABOUT ME

My love of fashion has stemmed from a young age and has been fuelled from seeing celebrities on red carpets wearing different brands like Dior and Chanel.

My name is Zulekha Abid and I am 19 years old, I am currently studying Fashion Brand Marketing at the University of Huddersfield. 

Creating this blog has given me confidence in sharing new trends within fashion, makeup and music. These 3 all play a key role in fashion society today, therefore showing my unique tastes will hopefully inspire other people into finding what they love!

My style is heavily influenced by Korean fashion and culture as I love the Kbeauty and the Kpop industry :)

I am a huge BTS fan so my interests in Korean fashion started with this, I then became infatuated with Kbeauty as they have an innovative product range that varies with each brand giving you the appearance of glass looking skin.

Makeup is also a key part of who I am as it has allowed me to express myself and create different looks to match my outfits.

I also love travelling, it allows me to soak in different cultures giving me a new sense of discovery. I recently went to Paris in February, whilst being there I visited various art exhibitions such as the Louvre Museum and the Palace of Versailles. Visiting different exhibition inspires me as every piece has a unique quality about them.

Studying each culture has influenced the way I look at fashion as a whole, every country has their unique ways in dressing from this being influenced by music or their favourite celebrity. 

Fashion knows no boundaries.
